2. What data we collect

When you use our contact form we receive: company name, contact person, email, phone, IČO / VAT ID, product of interest, quantity and your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your inquiry and preparing quotes – steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Business communication with our B2B partners – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Accounting and tax obligations if a contract is concluded (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep data

Inquiries are kept up to 3 years after last contact. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by Czech law (typically 10 years).

5. Recipients

Data is stored with our website hosting and email service providers, who process it only on our behalf. We do not sell data to third parties.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, or object to processing by writing to info@wwtrade.com. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz).
