2. Business customers only

We sell exclusively to businesses (B2B). Consumer protection provisions do not apply. By sending an inquiry you confirm you act as an entrepreneur.

3. Prices

All prices on this website are in EUR excluding VAT and are indicative. A binding price is given only in a written quote, valid for the period stated in it.

4. Orders and minimum quantities

Each product has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). A contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing. Availability depends on stock.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment terms, delivery method, Incoterms and delivery dates are agreed individually in each quote or order confirmation. Ownership passes upon full payment.

6. Warranty and claims

Goods carry the manufacturer's warranty. Visible defects must be reported without undue delay after delivery, latest within 3 business days. Claims are governed by the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) for business relations.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered under the relevant order, excluding indirect damage and lost profit, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in Prague.
